The design phases of spinal orthoses involve the use of specific digital technologies: 3D scanners that ensure the acquisition of body curves by eliminating all the traditional long and tiring steps based on the plaster cast, and CAD modeling software, from the simplest open source to the most complex and precise also used in mechanics, to dedicated software designed exclusively for direct-on-scan modeling.

In this way the manufacturer is able to obtain a wearable device perfectly tailored to the patient, accurate and customizable based on aesthetic taste.

The final production phase based on additive technology through the use of large format open system solutions guarantees a lean and sustainable flow.
